[Geek] Question

Does anyone know of any software that will allow one to queue up additional files to copy? What I'm talking about is when one drags and drops files in Windows Explorer it copies them; if you drag and drop a second load of files it attempts to perform both copy operations at the same time. What would be perfect is if my initial copy window expanded to show a queue with the source and destination files to copy, much like an FTP client.

The only software I've found that comes close to this is Servant Salamander but it implements a whole slew of features I'm not interested in, and is an Explorer replacement, which I'm also not interested in. (I usually find I only want the queue functionality after I've started a copy...)
