How many entries appear on average on your (non-filtered) friends list per day?
I would estimate I end up reading, by quantity of text, this percentage of my friends entries:
Mean: 74.09 Median: 80 Std. Dev 19.07
How do you deal with your friends list?
I don't filter (the majority)
I filter it such that I have different groups, organised by..
...importance (to me)
On your (main filter of your) friends list, there tends to be mainly
entries about the real life of the writer
quizzes, tests, polls and survey results
humour, personal and abstract (including syndications)
thoughts, philosophical things
stress relief; tongue in cheek
geekiness (all sorts)
Other things that mainly appear on your friends list?
How much time (on average) does checking LJ take up per day?
How do you feel about the amount of time you spend on LJ
I'd spend longer but I don't have the time
I shouldn't spend as much time as I do on here
LJ is evil but it's an addiction!
I want more! There must be more ways to interact!

Other comments on how you feel about the amount of time you spend on LJ?
When I have something appropriate to say
When I want to let someone know I read their entry
When I feel like it (not covered in the above)

You've been away from the internet for a while. How do you deal with the backlog of friends' entries?
I don't check my friends page. (so how did you see this poll?)
People will let me know if something important has happened.
Check some close/important journals.
Make an entry asking for important updates.
Go through the back entries as much as possible
...Even if they're not necessarily relevant now
